About

The SkyTrack Australia Online Reporting Platform has been developed to provide:

Device Update Frequency

All SkyTrack Australia duress alarms regulary report their status to the online platform every 5 minutes.

When an alarm is triggered, it is sent to the online platform immediately.

Following an SOS alarm, the regular reporting frequency is increased to evey 1 minute for 30 minutes to ensure emergency services have access to upto date location information.

The Date listed next to each device in the right hand device listing panel represent the last time the online platform received an update from the device.
